I think I rolled up next to him on the 101 a few times but I don't think we ever raced. I'm pretty sure I had the ported and polished head on then. If would have been fun to see how a roll on at 65 played out.

I think an RSX with the K24A2 dyno'd at that with a I/RH/E/K Pro and some turning. Degasis should be right in there, depending on if he goes and gets it tuned or not.

I'm also pretty sure he isn't going with the custom mounts that you need for an aftermarket header to bolt up, I think he is just getting the CR-V sidemount, which I know for a fact won't allow a aftermarket header to clear the front sway (so he might be taking it off, no idea).

I really do want to run him once he gets it all done. After doin a bit more research on his swap, he will be putting down about the same horsepower as I am, but with more torque. We will both have the same tranny, but my gearing is a tad shorter due to my way smaller than stock wheels. He will rev out at 7200 while I make power till 8200.

Should be pretty good, although I have a feeling he'll pull me :(

Thats a lot off torque of the line tho.

So he didnt get the 6spd tranny then??? Well if he gets kpro wont he rev out to more than 7200? Or does the head not flow enough to support 2.4l of breathing past 7200?

The head flows fine (it's basically the same one I have), but the K24 block can't take the revvs due to the long stroke.
