Stage 1 Crower Cam Bought a Stage 1 cam today. Dezod has some great prices on some things. I bought mine wholesale and it wasn't too much less than what dezod sells it to the public for. I'll get it in about a week :) |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam i also have a 2002 ex coupe, although it is an automatic, and i am looking at buying the crower cam in the near future. post some feedback after the install and good luck. |

Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam Well thanks for the support! We have more Crower coming in at the end of the week. Stuff has been flying off the shelves. |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam Got the cam in, I'll put it on Sat. |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam Yep, that's called doing volumes. ;) |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam what all do u have to do during install??? like can someone summarize what you do to install a crower cam? |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam lol, you dont wanna summerize taking your engine apart.... basically remove the head, take the old cam out, replace springs and retainers and put new cam in, cluse up, go tune. btw, any updates? |

Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam just take the head off, block still in the bay |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam That summary makes it sound like a trained monkey can do it! Hahaha... i freaking wish it was that easy.. |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam Yeah I know... I wish it was too, its just like how a P&P can be done with some sandpaper =) |
Re: Stage 1 Crower Cam You do not have to remove the whole head to install a camshaft. I saw my guy do it and you only have to remove the rocker arms from the top. |
