Finally, time for some updates :)

Got a Sustec by Tanabe under brace over the holidays, installed it and works like a champ.
Front has significantly stiffened up.

That's purdy! I want one of those.

I have a rear caliper swap waiting to go on also. Waiting for the spring though, it's to cold here.

Are you swapping the rear bushing for some ES ones? I haven't decided yet.

Nope, the bushings seem to be in pretty good shape.
Bearings will have to go. Considering swapping out for new brake equipment too, just because.

The brace is installed under the subframe, held on by 4 bolts that also holds up the subframe.

Awesome, I like the chassis brace. Noticed a huge difference when I put the neuspeed one on mine. The rear disks will be awesome as well

Sorry folks,
The time of the 7th gen civic has ended for me today. Just got it sold.

The car has served me well through the years.
Now I'm moving onto something else that will excite me for the next 10 years, sadly it wont be another Honda though.

Here's my new toy.

Sad to see the 7th gen go. Enjoy the Mazda Kenny, they did a great job with it.

They certainly did.
Although it's not a luxury brand, it definitely has that luxury feel.
Far cry from the squeaks and noises from the civic.

Sorry for not updating on that front.
I was going to make a big DIY thread for that project, but after doing it, I was so sick of looking at brakes. And still am today. Especially after changing brakes on all 4 of my cars.

But I did get it installed prior to selling the car, and it looked fantastic.

That is a good way to put it. It has a more refined feel with the softer dash trim and higher quality materials used. My wife has the base 3 and the only problem with it is that it is a automatic. The sport mode makes it more enjoyable but with a manual it would be better.

Nice looking rear disk swap btw. I am sure whoever has the Civic will take good care of it.
