Re: EM204 turbo build daym, nice pics, nice car. i like the magazine on the table in the background, too. good luck! |
Re: EM204 turbo build LOVE the valve cover!!!! One day im gona make mine red ripple too! Shits sick! Go luck! |
Re: EM204 turbo build Looks good Ching! Your WG does not hit the hood because you have a stock shaped and I do not. Besides, it would not be as fun if I didn't have to cut, grind, and hammer parts to make things fit! Can't wait to see the rest of the build. Did you get new injectors yet? |
Re: EM204 turbo build im gona have srt-4 injectors for sale on august 10th |
Re: EM204 turbo build I'll have SRT Injectors for sale on Friday. lol It's a race to who can part out faster! |
Re: EM204 turbo build no i dont have the injector yet a last think i surely need.Wont get far with the stock ones. Yeah i know you have a different hood but I saw a hood here on the forum same hood as mine and it had a crack from the tail though. That not a option for my cutting,..... with car inspection here. |
Re: EM204 turbo build looking good ching... what size injectors you plan on running?? |
Re: EM204 turbo build wow, thats sick. i want your trunk...and hood...and turbo parts. actually ill just take your car minus the rims. i like mine better :) |
Re: EM204 turbo build Love the JDM wrinkle red valve cover! Best thing you can do to a honda :) |
Re: EM204 turbo build I think the dark grey on gold wheels looks really good. I'm going to do something similar. |
Re: EM204 turbo build i got stock rsx-s injectors for sale if you need them/ |
Re: EM204 turbo build well sinds i am building the second engine i will need bigger injector then the rsx ones they dont flow enouph over 190hp so I will go with srt ones the first time... thx for the good coments. |
Re: EM204 turbo build maul, you might as well get bigger ones if you are planning for power over... i think 250 is what some people say.. or is it more...well my point is do it right the first time and don't waste your money on anything that you plan on changing in the future, unless its the turbo... |
Re: EM204 turbo build looks like another nice turbo build. good luck. |
Re: EM204 turbo build Nice build, valve cover paint is awesome. |

I am gonna run the setup first on my stock block to see how everything runs in the mean whyle i can build the 2de engine... |
Re: EM204 turbo build well i'm not sure what the cc's are for the srt-4 injectors but what are you're power goals? |
Re: EM204 turbo build Ill be happy with a steady 300hp |
Re: EM204 turbo build SRT-4 injectors are 577cc Ching. Check this page out. It's a good way to calculate injector size. If you're shooting for 300whp, the 577cc injectors will run at about 85% duty cycle which is just fine. http://injector-rehab.com/issg/ |
Re: EM204 turbo build thx clint good nfo check it out and yes the srt 4 ones wil be at 85% so they will be fine for my project... |
KwV2 Coils put my kw V2 suspension on this weekend. What a difference in driving behavior.Still have some adjusting to do because its to hard in the front right no and going bumpy on the road, cornering is great tough! http://users.pandora.be/seriousspace...illowMount.jpg http://users.pandora.be/seriousspace.../KwV2Front.jpg http://users.pandora.be/seriousspace...W/KwV2Rear.jpg |
Re: EM204 turbo build thanks for clearing that up for me clint. nice coilovers ching |
Re: EM204 turbo build looks good man. good luck with the build! |
Re: EM204 turbo build ok .. about the srt-4 injectors ... 85% with a return setup or without ??? mine are at ~50% duty and im only at 196whp ... returnless. You guys sure it will be enough?? Aren't there two srt-4 injectors as well ... ummm 540 sumting cc and 577cc ?? I am going to go for 300 whp as well .. and i was going to upgrade my injectors to 750cc RC engineering and it costs 400 bucks !! **** and i would love to not get this .. but last thing i want is short on fuel come tuning |
Re: EM204 turbo build hey wel if i use the site that clint posted and i take your values at 50% duty it get that you need 643cc injectors. So i found this sheat that also is refering to feul press. I think its returnless but not sure about that. http://www.srtforums.com/forums/f187...12/index3.html https://i155.photobucket.com/albums/...math-fixit.jpg Found also that there are 3 stage of srt injectors. Stage 0 = 527cc's Stage 1 = 577cc’s Stage 2 = 682cc’s |
Re: EM204 turbo build jay i would go with a return line...it may be cheaper than just going bigger injectors if not that... i'm sure it'll be safer to go with the return lines! just something to look at and think about. |
Re: EM204 turbo build yes that true |
Re: EM204 turbo build The return line is good so that you have positive control of the fuel pressure using an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator with a 1:1 boost reference port. In otherwords, for every extra 1 psi of boost it sees, it raises the fuel pressure by 1 psi. That's the only (although very important) benefit to going to a return system. If the stock fuel pressure regulator was adjustable then there would not be a need to change it. |
Re: EM204 turbo build oh shut up clint...my shyt sounded better! damn always gotta put down the enlisted guys... just ****ing with you... wonder if bob still has his stock one with boost reference...hmmm i'll check, thanks for setting me on the right track. |
