Hey all my name is Oeve and I am from Belgium. Sinds its and expensive
country I thank all good US seller....for shipping the parts to my for a good
price!!!
So first the car.
I bought a 2de engine just in case... started removing and cleaning parts.
Took the head of and started some work on the port sind stock port are
verry bad due mass production also flattend the exhaust side.
My base RSX ecu is in the shop to put the kpro in this week.Cam gear is ready
yo go in.
little ignition tooth is on the opposite side then the stock one. Why?
Bought Andys turbo,down,-midepipe. Doing a little rebuild but gonna take it
to the shop for balancing and to get oil seals and all other part.

Looks good Ching! Your WG does not hit the hood because you have a stock shaped and I do not. Besides, it would not be as fun if I didn't have to cut, grind, and hammer parts to make things fit! Can't wait to see the rest of the build. Did you get new injectors yet?

maul, you might as well get bigger ones if you are planning for power over... i think 250 is what some people say.. or is it more...well my point is do it right the first time and don't waste your money on anything that you plan on changing in the future, unless its the turbo...

in the mean whyle i can build the 2de engine...

SRT-4 injectors are 577cc Ching.
Check this page out. It's a good way to calculate injector size. If you're shooting for 300whp, the 577cc injectors will run at about 85% duty cycle which is just fine.

ok .. about the srt-4 injectors ... 85% with a return setup or without ???
mine are at ~50% duty and im only at 196whp ... returnless. You guys sure it will be enough??
Aren't there two srt-4 injectors as well ... ummm 540 sumting cc and 577cc ??
I am going to go for 300 whp as well .. and i was going to upgrade my injectors to 750cc RC engineering and it costs 400 bucks !! **** and i would love to not get this .. but last thing i want is short on fuel come tuning

hey wel if i use the site that clint posted
and i take your values at 50% duty it get
that you need 643cc injectors. So i found this sheat that also is refering to feul press.
I think its returnless but not sure about that.
http://www.srtforums.com/forums/f187...12/index3.html
Found also that there are 3 stage of srt
injectors.
Stage 0 = 527cc's
Stage 1 = 577cc’s
Stage 2 = 682cc’s

jay i would go with a return line...it may be cheaper than just going bigger injectors if not that... i'm sure it'll be safer to go with the return lines! just something to look at and think about.

The return line is good so that you have positive control of the fuel pressure using an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator with a 1:1 boost reference port. In otherwords, for every extra 1 psi of boost it sees, it raises the fuel pressure by 1 psi. That's the only (although very important) benefit to going to a return system. If the stock fuel pressure regulator was adjustable then there would not be a need to change it.
