Just started my own detailing/car wash business...Any suggestions?

WELL?? Does anyone have any advice for me or maybe any suggestion on ways to do certain jobs that would improve upon the basics??

Make sure you offer specials. Do you have a shop or are you doing it mobile? If you have a shop try offering free pick up and drop off of cars. Make up coupons that offer a free car wash with every 5 washes or something like that. That is what I do.
