Just started my own detailing/car wash business...Any suggestions?
WELL?? Does anyone have any advice for me or maybe any suggestion on ways to do certain jobs that would improve upon the basics??

Rep Power: 372 Make sure you offer specials. Do you have a shop or are you doing it mobile? If you have a shop try offering free pick up and drop off of cars. Make up coupons that offer a free car wash with every 5 washes or something like that. That is what I do.
