Re: loosing power for a seconds Have the ignition switch checked. |
Re: loosing power for a seconds I thought its the ignition but when its losing the power my km trop A or B go back to the main km mean : if im using trip A and the car lose power the screen swap to the main milage thats mean its totally losing power not only disconnect and connect again :( |
Re: loosing power for a seconds Another vote for a faulty ignition switch (electrical part). |

Another vote for a faulty ignition switch (electrical part). after i check i found the American style civic comes with sensor key but my car is only a steel key without sensor any more help please . |
Re: loosing power for a seconds I don't know about losing power but I know about the "Sensor keys". Do you have a green light the shape of a key on your dash when you turn the key on? The cars with the immobilizer do. It comes on when you turn the key on and then goes out once it has sensed the proper key. If the proper key is not sensed it starts flashing. The system only prevents the engine from starting. It does not prevent it from running. Once running, you don't need the key so that would not be your problem. |
Re: loosing power for a seconds If it made it for 6weeks without a issue, I would replace that same relay again. If problem again goes away again it’s a good starting point. |

Are you sure? It looks like a regular key but there is a transponder inside it. The blinking key on the dash is what will tell you if you have one or not. http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/di...6-03-34_AM.png and yes dear im sure ( ME ) editions is totally different than the american edition ( no cruse control - no abs - no key light on the dashboard ) this is my key looks like store key LOL https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.civ...837b25564f.jpg |
