1llmatic Aug 9, 2002 03:11 PM

street glow tubes are apparently indestructable.
i had the eurolite kit and it busted after 2weeks of driving...

you have to be really careful driving...401 and DVP is killer too.

GuSTo Aug 9, 2002 03:14 PM

damn....horror stories....that's no good at all...
gotta find a link for streetglow...should be no problem though
some friends were/are sponsored by them
i actually got some free shtuff from em

CUE2k1 Aug 9, 2002 04:14 PM

If your group buy doesn't come through, I can get it for you for $180 either way. Cheaper if it's a GB.

GuSTo Aug 9, 2002 04:15 PM

ya...go through cue!!

save me a long trip to pick them up

wooman Aug 9, 2002 04:18 PM

GuSTo Aug 9, 2002 04:21 PM

i dont' think they're legal to have on when driving....but when stopped no problem!

but stillmatik hasn't had a problem yet

MiYuki Aug 9, 2002 04:22 PM

all these colours... any pics? :)

draven Aug 9, 2002 04:22 PM

for off-road purposes only... legal if you're chillin' in a parking lot or drop something under your car and need to look for it... but illegal when on the road...

MiYuki Aug 9, 2002 04:23 PM

LOL...

GuSTo Aug 9, 2002 04:26 PM

no pics here...check out streetglow, you'll get the jist of it all

AllMotorSi Aug 9, 2002 04:37 PM

Yeah, let me know if you can get them (street Glow gold series in red). ebay sells them for 170U.S. shipped. If you can beat that definately I want a set. Lifetime warranty too,

Thanks,

supYO Aug 9, 2002 04:43 PM

im down too if u can get em cheaper than that

1llmatic Aug 9, 2002 04:48 PM

if you had the white colour you can't get a ticket for driving with them on....
i had them on all the time...till they busted....got pulled over once...cop said they were illegal...but they are legal....he was just trying to scare me...cops just think anything that doesn't look normal is illegal.

white light is legal on all 4 sides of the car.

streetglow tubes are super sturdy...and come with a real lifetime warranty

AllMotorSi Aug 9, 2002 04:49 PM

Yeah, it would be cool if we had a whole parking lot of neon underglow civics. I hope there also easy to install, my friend told me he asked one place and they told him 200dollars. Damn exspensive..Better off installing it yourself.

CUE2k1 Aug 9, 2002 04:53 PM

$200.00 that is too, too expensive! $50.00 I got quoted for.
