Are there any adjustments that need to be done? I've never done anything as complex as a clutch replacement, so I don't know personally. Just throwing out a suggestion. Did you get any type of contaminant on the disc itself? Maybe the contaminant glazed the clutch disc in the process of driving? Glazing goes away though, but if its been doing it for a while, i'd suspect installation error. I'd just hate for you to have to go through all that again.

Re: 96 ek clutch problem

I was told possibly I could adjust the clutch pedal but Idk what it was is that I replaced the clutch first because the flywheel didn't look glazed or burnt and after that it was working for about two weeks not slipping. Then I replaced the flywheel and it worked for about a week and its still slipping and the reservoir is full and I blead the system again thinking it still had air but nope. So Idk.

Air in the system wouldn't cause the clutch to slip. It would only affect pedal feel and travel.
