Where can I buy the part under the bumper?
 

On my 02 civic the plastic part on the bottom of the car nose is totally scraped and warped and I can't connect it to the bumper anymore.

Can I replace this part and what is it called?

your talking about the plastic splash guard i would just find a junk yard for one of those.

I'm talking about the thing that's directly under the bumper at the front. Is it the engine cover?

why don't you look there? There it is the splash, I know what you are talking about, I think is the figure 5 of the catalog draw the page will show you. help yourself :cool:
