Where can I buy the part under the bumper?
On my 02 civic the plastic part on the bottom of the car nose is totally scraped and warped and I can't connect it to the bumper anymore.
Can I replace this part and what is it called?

your talking about the plastic splash guard i would just find a junk yard for one of those.
