Invisible Tires I don't know how old this is but I just found it. Radical new tire design by Michelin. The next generation of tires. They had a pair at the Philadelphia car show. These tires are airless and are scheduled to be out on the market very soon. The bad news for law enforcement is that spike strips will not work on these tires. This is what great R&D will do, and just think of the impact on existing technology: A. No more air valves.. B. No more air compressors at gas stations...</ STRONG> C. No more repair kits... ; ; ; ; D. No more flats... SCAN DOWN &SEE. These are actual pictures taken in the South Carolina plant of Michelin n. http://aycu10.webshots.com/image/254...2875548_rs.jpg http://aycu09.webshots.com/image/271...2893707_rs.jpg http://aycu19.webshots.com/image/268...1204918_rs.jpg http://aycu28.webshots.com/image/284...2037912_rs.jpg http://aycu08.webshots.com/image/265...6907369_rs.jpg http://aycu20.webshots.com/image/275...7515439_rs.jpg |
