Throttle body where can i find the throttle body in my 05 civic to increase the throttle response? |
The throttle body is located in the back of your engine contacted to your air intake. I cant really adjust it for "throttle response". It is pretty much opened or closed. Remember you drive a Civic, not a race car. |
located by the air box |
i do believe you need to adjust the throttle-cable in order to get a better throttle responce. but i guess it helps to know where the throttle-body is to do that. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3.../EngineBay.jpg in that area, torwards the back |
this actually has the cruise cable boxed in, which you can also tighten. the throttle cable is to the right. http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b4...lu/cruise1.jpg |
