tranny fluid? how many quarts of tranny fluid does a my 94 civic dx 5 speed take? were is the darn dipstick for the tranny also? and is it hard to drain out the old trany fluid? |
Re: tranny fluid? Tranny doesnt have a dip stick... and look in the manual, it says in the back. |
Re: tranny fluid? i dont have the manual that is why im asking.:help: |
Re: tranny fluid? Manual transmissions dont have dip sticks. And if the 94 civic's transmission is anything like the 7thgen's, it shouldnt be that hard. |
Re: tranny fluid? Get under the car and you should see two bolts on the trans. The lower bolt is for draining the fluid, the upper for adding fluid. Add fluid (on level ground) until it starts coming out of the bolt hole. There is no dipstick for manual trans. |
Re: tranny fluid? how many quarts should i buy tho? i dont wanna buy too many or too less. that is my only question. thanks for the responses though!!!:sweet: |
