I just got a 2004 honda civic in has adjustable coilovers already but it rides hard friend said i need new struts, what kind of struts can i get for around 400 dollors or little higher that are good cuz im going to ride it low please help out

I have a 95' civic I can't seem to get it to start, the engine cranks, all spark plugs show spark, all fuel injectors send fuel to each cylinder, but still engine won't start. what else is there to check if the engine is getting what it needs to start, fuel and spark?
