clearing 00 civic 4 door tails

my cousin has a 4 door 2000 and he wanted to know if i knew how to clear tails? i told him id check into it. well i got to looking at my old APCs and it seemed to be like there was no way in hell of taking them apart to clear them. and i really dont want to have to destroy the lights to get them cleared. anyone have suggestion?

yup, no can do. if you look hard enough, you might be able to find old school clear tails floating around on the net. Be prepared to be pulled over too!
