About the firewall

Do I just punch the cover off or is it screwed on from in the engine bay?

just poke through the rubber piece and be careful not to puncture any of the other wires that are running through. it might take some force to get through

I took off the rubber piece, theres a hole, and then a piece of metal which I cant budge(its flush against the hole, from the engine bay side). its a 2003 ex coupe
