$40 cai or aem?

$40 cai or aem?
ive been thinking about getting a cai and was wondering if those $40 cai they sell on ebay r any different in "performace" than the more expensive aem or injen cai? i know u get wut u play for but i just want to know the fact before i spend my money. and also can u fit a bypass valve on those cheap cai? thanx

hmmm... us ricers only care about how it sounds instead of what performance it actually makes.
You see how great the new V2 is designed. It's supposed to have better airflow, yet it dynoed with less gains than the V1.
Either way you are only looking at a 2hp difference at most. It also depends on the setup of your car.
