Does EX rear sway bar fit 3rd gen Integs??

My friend said that ex stock rear sway bars are the same size as 3rd gen integ GSR rear sways. Does this mean that they fit? My friend has a gsr but is out of town. If anybody knows someone and has a ex sway, see if they are compatible. We both have double wishbone in the back. on the front of the chassis are changed for 7thgen civics and rsx's to McPherson Struts. I think they are compatible but cant be too sure unless i try it myself

It isn't the size that matters (HAHA), but the shape. The shape is probably different. Because the 6th gens and the last gen integra shared the same chassis, many suspension parts were interchangable like the 7thgens and the RSX. I don't have any experience with GSR sway bars, but my guess would be that they don't fit or some of us would have them on our cars already and they wouldn't have to develop new ones.

I don't think it would fit. If I'm not mistaken the shape of the crossmember is different with the older Civics and Integras.

On the other hand, I wouldn't bother putting the EX bar on a GS-R. The GS-R's bar is thicker (15mm) and seems to work fine with GCs and Tokico Blues. If I had a 3rd gen Integra, I'd be trying to get the 23mm or 22mm ITR bar. The difference between the two is minimal but the 23 is just a bit better. JDM only for the 23mm though.

For the 7thGenCivic... RSX 19mm is good. Or The 22mm bar from the DC5 Integra-R. They're pretty cheap.
