Yes, thats the size of choice for 18" wheels... Seaching or using the tire calc probably would have told you that faster than I did.

well the reason i ask is that these tires were previously on rims that were sized 18x7.5 - 4/100 40S. And I wasn't sure if that ".5" would make a difference or if I could use these same tires on my new rims im buying?!

You can use a 215 tire on any rim between 6.5 and 7.5" no problem.
