HID ?'s
HID ?'s
Ok first of all, most of the kits are low-beam only. Is it necessary to shell out the extra money and get the ones with high beam too or is this liveable? Also, which is the best ratings that aren't too bright but sotck looking. I see some that are so bright it looks like the person has their highbeams on all the time. I'm looking for the more purpleish ones like those on the older TL's. And last, are there any kits or things to to look for/avoid?

you dont need to get a kit for the high beam since i'm guessing you dont use the high beam much. any HID kit you get wont look like stock. it goes from 4500k, 5500k and 6500k. the 4500k looks pure white, 5500k has like a blueish color, the 6500k is blue/purple. i think you'd want to get the 6500k, but it is the most expensive. i dont know any other kit besides catz and phillips.
