black housing lights

i am wanting to black out my headlights but i want to keep the lower silver reflector in stock color of silverish(cleared lights), is there a way to do this or can i buy them like that?

You could take that part out like the orange piece (the white refledtor right?)
But I left that out cuz it looked like crap when I was done blackhousing mine...I like the all black look...

ya i want the reflector on the bottom behind the orange stock and the rest black. seems really hard to do huh?

ur just going to have to find a way to mask it off.. i personally would take the orange reflector and cover it with masking tape, and then put it back into its spot, and then spray everything black.. then after it dries i would take the orange reflector out again, take the masking tape off of it and there you have it the silver behind it is saved...

NO...you could take that piece off just like how you did with the orange piece...go behind the headlight insert and you will find like little slots like the ones on the orange piece...the just carefully use a slot shrew driver to CAREFULLY HELP take it off...

I blacked out my headlights too. Mine is the blue one in the middle above this ^ post. but he is right, the clear reflector can be taken out very easily, but I broke mine cuz I tried popping it out at the wrong side of the reflector. so just be cautious when doin it

because its cost about 5 dollars to diy instead of 150+30 for shipping. plus these are stock headlights, not projectors. i dont want projectors i want catz hid but i am gonna do this first.

dude i would suggest just doing it my way, dont you want everything under the amber lens to stay chrome?
