ummm, ya you can use the spare. it will drive uneven but you arent supposed to go very far on the spare. it drives uneven on the stock tires too. if you want, just throw a full size spare in your trunk.
and the fix a flat stuff doesnt work if you blowe out a tire or something, which is what you have to worry about with low pro tires. that stuff only works if you get a nail or somehting in it.

It depends on how low you are dropped & what kind of exhaust you are running.
Mine is dropped over 2" in the rear, and I had to use the temp on the rear passenger side.
There was some scraping of the STOCK exhaust components, but only on really uneven roads or when I was turning into inclined driveways.
If your header or muffler hangs down further than stock, you might have a problem. It's probably worth keeping that little "donut" just so you don't have to be stranded somewhere. As long as your whole exhaust system just gets a few scrapes instead of getting completely torn off!
If you are close to stock ride heighth there shouldn't be much of a problem unless you got some BIG BIG muffler on that car

you know what i had my spare on for a day at stock height, and it lowered my cars corner so much that i scraped quite a few times... if your car is slammed or close to it, i don't think it is worth it to have it in your trunk because the tire diameter is so small that you will pretty much be sitting on the floor if you have the spare on and being lowered...
Ummm, why not just keep one of the stock tires in the trunk instead of the little dinky spare tire if you upgrade to larger wheels? Wouldn't that be better, except for the extra weight you'd be hauling around?
