It was just an idea..and i was hoping that someone who has a lot more free time then me could put it together...but if it did happen I would prolly fly there. I wish I was in college with no kids with an idea like this.

For those under 18, after awhile gambling gets boring...but we always go to gameworks, sharkreef, or something like that when we go...

It would be really cool just to have a national 2k1+ civic meet, and maybe we can get car performance/audio sponsors and press coverage...but it will take alot of us pulling strings and calling people, but it could be done!

As long as u look 21 it aint really a problem. I went to Vegas with my pops last August and we were gambling together for like an hour with no prob. And I definitly agree with Fronto, Gambling gets hella boring after a while. Vegas is all about the clubs tho. Get a freakin ID!!! Id love to help get this idea together, maybe during the summer....

you should start posting in the other areas, especially the Western areas, to gage interest...this might actually take a long time to plan...and then the police will prolly show before half the people get there!

Im start to plan, nothing major, but just see if I can like "blueprint" this thing out. Ive been posting in other forums and this is what Ive been saying:

Us guys in so cali are itching for something major so were gonna go BIG!!!
This is what the plan is so far, we are definitely goin to be planning a meet in Vegas. That is the destination for sure. What we are goin to work on now are the dates, some discounts on rooms since it would be better to stay the weekend (plus everyone is out for summer whoever is in school), how many people are goin to see if it is even worth the time and effort, and then MAYBE see if we can somehow get it sponsored. But we will keep you guys posted for sure on this.

So yeah, if I get help sweet, if not no biggie cuz I know this aint gonna go all on me. But what we need are ideas on the date, cuz Im personally thinking late July-early August. I dont care bout the heat, cuz its either mad hot or crazy cold there. So there ya go...

Another thing to think about is that summer may be to soon to plan something this big out...maybe we have to wait for a three day weekend that most people have off during the Fall? It is good to gauge interest though for summer to see. Maybe there are people that live in Las Vegas that have "connections"

just to let ya'll know www.StreetSportsOnline.com will be heading there in JULY. you can get them to cover it. i'm not sure if this guy i know opened up his pool hall yet, if he did i'll try to hook it up with free games or something. i doubt he did tho cause he was telling me about this back in jan/feb and it takes awhile to open up something

Vegas is still great place to go to even if your not 21 yet. You jus got to know your way around. My bro lives out there so its cool.
