Prokit or Sportlines?
I'm gonna be lowering my car pretty soon and I'm still trying to decide between Eibach prokit and sportlines. Which do you guys think would be best for a daily driver that might eventually have a kit put on it? The roads around here kind of suck too but I definitely want to lose that wheel well gap. If you have the prokit or sportlines do you think you could post a pic? thanks
I used to have the prokit. And honestly, if you want people (even ones that know about cars) to notice that you have a drop at all....go with the sportlines. I got rid of my prokit and went with goldlines, which is about the same at the sportlines drop. go sportlines

I have Sportlines installed for my daily driver with 205/40/17 and stock struts. It rides almost as smooth as stock, but gets kinda rough over the bumpy stuff especially with 40 profile tires. I've only scraped one time over a speed bump with my 270lbs friend in the passenger seat and my 150lbs friend in the back. New struts are my next upgrade. Here's a pic..

Here is my car lowered on Goldlines. I would reccomend them. They are as smooth as stock except when you are going over bumps or potholes.

I would reccomend Sportlines if you want Eibach, because most people with the Prokit complain that it doesn't even look lowered. They will probably give the best ride though.

Going smooth as stock, except potholes? Well duh... obviously this is where things get hairy.
Sportlines are about twice as more stiff as Pro-Kits, and in return, it will be twice as rough over potholes. I'm not sure about Goldlines, but I image they are even more rougher, since it is even more lower.
For DAILY driver, get the Pro-Kit.. trust me, will still feel the extra jarring ride, even with the modest 1" drop. Besides, the lower you go, the quicker your struts will go.
Here's pic of my Pro-Kit, with slightly over sized 215/45/17s.

01coupe's prokit pics are the best looking prokit pics I have seen. But I used to have the prokits, having the same mind set as you. But I am a delivery driver so I do a lot of "daily driving" and I have no problems with how low my goldines are. It sucked when I got my prokit springs installed and telling everyone you got your car lowered and they say, "it doesnt look like it!"

Haha actually I got that too when I first put them on and before they had a chance to settle.
I didn't mind it though, because I didn't want that "slammed" look. Funny thing is, I don't hear "when are you going to lower it?" remark anymore..
For anybody that wants to look lowered, I don't think Sportlines are even enough... Goldlines, H&R, Neuspeed, etc are probably better.

Go with sportlines if you must spend the amount of money that eibachs usually are. I have pro-kit and it isn't enough, so i have some neuspeed race springs (2.25fr.,2.0r) that were sent yesturday, so if you want some used prokits ill sell some, cause mine will be off in a couple of weeks.

Sportline, not too low. Pro kit is like having 1/4 ton of bricks in your car. Sportline flushes the tires with the tire wells just right, looks great with wheels or without.
