Shocks wearing out
I know that if I get Eibach Prokit I wont need to change my shocks. But getting any other springs I will need to change the shocks for sure or the stock shock will wear out in 3 months? Is that true??
I am thinking to get Eibach Sportlines for a more aggresive look but Im wondering if the stock shock will hold. I dont want to change my shocks yet. Some people said it will be ok not changing the shocks but it will not be as comfortable in the car as before. Others said the shock will wear out in no time. With pro-lits and OEM shocks everything should hold up wel and the ride will be good.. Pro-kits are designed to use the OEM struts/shocks.
Using the sportlines your springs will be too stiff for your struts to dampen properly and your car will be increasingly bouncy and the struts will not last a very long time. Maybe a year..maybe 1 strut will blow in 3 weeks.. you never know with these things. But also with the Sportlines your Camber may be thrown off too far and may need an alignment kit.
