Question Looking at moving to Northern California

Been looking around and to take some refresher courses at my old school I can live in Vegas, Phoenix or Sacramento. Not a fan of Phoenix so that is out of the question. So my question is what are some good areas in Sacramento? My parents tell me the place is not safe, but I have never been there. What do members think of it and what is there to do? Also how much are you paying for rent?

Nick

I've been there quite a few tymes. It's where my couzin lives, all I gotta say is, during summer, it's really hot. And winter, it's really cold. Unlike in Frisco, just the ryte climate.

South Cali. Any place other than LA or that borders LA. I personally would take San Diego in between an inhale and an exhale.

I moved to sacramento back in 1996. It is like any other town. Good areas,
and bad areas.

Rule of thumb, if the place you are looking to live in is gated, it is for a reason.

I moved to Folsom which is just north of sac about 10 minutes (takes about 25 minutes to get to Sac State) . Granted it is a little more expensive to rent, it is well worth it.

You may want to stay away from West Sac and North Highlands, as wel as south Sac or Oak Park.

That is where all the ghetto sh*t is at. Other than that. The opportunities here are
great. Oh yeah, you can watch me win races here in sac at http://www.sacramentoraceway.com

PM me with any q's and I will help you out.
