tire size

I have the civic si/ex and was wondering what your opionions are about my tire size and how it will look. The tires i have on my rims are 205 /45/ 16 do u think that that is to much of a gap in the wheel well or should this be ok dont really want to lower it.

well I know you said that you don't want to lower it but if you maybe throw an Eibach Prokit on it....dropping it down ann inch all around......it would definately help the gap in the wheel well

just my 2 cent, jigga!!

u will have some gap for sure..even with stock rubber we have tonnes of space and u are going with 45 series tires so will create a bigger gap
just lower it and u will be happy. most ppl in can east already lowered their car

185/65-15 4.7in 12.2in 24.5in 76.9in 824 0.0%
205/50-16 4.0in 12.0in 24.1in 75.6in 838 -1.6%
205/55-16 4.4in 12.4in 24.9in 78.2in 811 1.7%

205/40-16 3.2in 11.2in 22.5in 70.5in 898 -8.2%

the tire size you're going with is 2 inches smaller in diameter..so add 1" more gap w/o a drop..
