Leaking Into the Interior
I was just wondering how many people had this problem, or if my car was the only one. It seems that when it rains, My weatherstripping that is over the headliner on the drivers side....right between the headliner and the door, leaks when it rains. Every time it rains....I get dripped on. I havent brought the car in to be fixed yet, and I know I have to, but I just dont have the time to leave it. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yea I noticed something like that happening to my friend's 01 4 door civic. When it was raining hard, the rain seemed to seep in through the driver side door just like what you said. There were little drops coming from the door part. I thought it was just her car, but i guess wrong... Get it fixed yo.

well i think it was just her car. civic dude owns a coupe. i have had my sedan for over 8 month and have not had a prob yet with leakage. then again mines kept in a heated garage, but when i do have to park it over night in rough weather, i notice nothing like that. get it fixed bro... hopefully youve still got your warranty.
get that fixed.. new cars shouldn;t have issues like that. how can they sell a car that pisses on you when it rains. imagine what it would do if you had leather seats. no one is going to pay for the damages!

That is only one of my problems. I have already had the car in for the squeeky clutch(fixed), Shaky engine at idol(fixed but still does it), Rattle in the front end(Leaky Struts, Backordered), and Driver seat that rocked(fixed). I dont have the time to leave the car to have the leak fixed. I need to have a car to drive. They will need the car for about a week to fix a leak. I will get it fixed during my vacation time this summer.

Hank, You never worked at a dealership. It takes a long time to figure out exactly where the leak is coming from....and then getting the parts to fix it and then finally fixing the problem. Believe me I have seen it many a time when I worked at the ford dealer.
