in your honest opinion which ones are better SPC or Ingalls(however you spell it). Is this all I need to adjust the camber?

yup...the spc's look sturdier and manufactured better....

ask the moderator grey.....he'll tell you the same

and yes, this is all you need to adjust your camber
i'd suggest coupestylez to get a camber kit after he lowers the car....
wouldn't want uneven treadwear on the paradas!
