maintance light on
hey guys,
my maintance required light just started flashing when i turned my car on earlier...it turns off after a couple of seconds though
I look in the owners manual and it says that its just reminding you for your 8000 miles service *i have like 8150 on my car* if it flashes for 2 seconds after you start the car. It tells me how to reset it. I've already had 2 oil changes *1 was about 1,000 miles ago or so* so theres no other maintance i should go have done is there?
I'm just wondering if should I reset the light myself or goto the dealer??

Rep Power: 0 Sometime when you get yyour oil changed the people how do it don't reset the button. I have run ito the problem before. I just reset it and drive on. Now if you reset it and it stays on 
Then I would take it in. But if it stays off I would just not worry adout it. Like you said the mileage is about right for it to start.
