suggestion on rims

choosing rim thread

i have a black coupe, pls tell me which rims look better?as per my seperate thread

AND

ppl who have 17" do u guys/girls have a rough ride, hows the ride quality compare to 16"?

I'd say go with 16" rota slipstreams in black. Lighter than 17's, less rotationall mass..more sidewall rubber to protect the rim..more comfortable ride...

i have thought of the slipstream but i dont like the look, im down to these 2 rims to choose, either 17" rota attack or 16" black racing

ive got quoted black racing 16" for 310+tax
i can get the 16" black racing for around 1800 with kuhmo 712
OR
the rota attack 17" for 1650 with kuhmo 712

Wow! $1800 with tires! Good deal!

My chrome rims cost $700 more than that WITHOUT tires.

actually they're not 18"s they're 17"s. they just look bigger because of the spoke pattern. i was going to get 19"s in chrome but i changed my mind.

17's are rough, but you get use to it...it also depends on the type of springs you have....

my buddy's got the black racing rims....
