Filling up with gas...

you know when you fill up with gas and as soon as your start your engine, your gas needle raises quite fast? but eversince i had my FIPK2 intake installed, it goes up slow... is this normal?!

The 2 are completely unrelated. Theres probably crap beginning to accumulate on the slider in the gas tank for the float which is making it go up a little slower. I wouldn't worry about it at all... those gas gauges are always inaccurate anyways.

the gas needle goes up heck fast in my LX-G! in my mom's sienna, it takes a whole 5minutes sometimes to get the gas needle to go to "F"

mines in the middle...doesnt go up fast like my mom's car but doesnt go super slow..kinda in the middle...does it really matter?

the cheepest gas here is in town... 37 ft above sea level, the needle rockets up, and 25 miles later after driving to 4,000 feet above sea level, i have now a 3/4 tank...[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG] damn thing pisses me off, but i managed to drive that damn neddle down at least i/4 inch below the red line on E, stock gauges.lol

2 weeks ago the needle went like half an inch past the 'F'. I was freaking out but then went back to normal

I have noticed mine goes up slower in warm weather compared to cooler weather.
