DC Sports TCS ?'s

Hi, I just got my DC Sports TCS System today and I had 2 quick questions.....1 will the end of the exhaust ever burn the bottom of my bummper, I dont think it will but just checking with others who have it.

And 2 how much of a gap should be between the tip of the exhaust where "DC Sports" is etched and bottom of the bummper? Or should there be no gap and it should be a close tight fit? He said he installed it perfect and it all fit in tight and snug and there's no room left for moving or shifting it around. I just haven't seen many pics. of it on our civics so I don't know if a little gap and it down lower is normal or if it's a snug fit with no room between the tip and bummper.

If anyone has this exhaust and knows please let me know your thoguths...thanks.

~Jen

enough gap to keep it from melting the bumper.

It's about a 5/8" gap and sometimes it rattles against my OEM kit but it's never melted it. I like the exhaust tone, not too loud and nice and deep.

i've got about 1/2" gap on mine. When I first installed it it was touching My OEM body kit slightly. A little bend on the hanger and all was fixed. No burn or melting. I've had it for a year.
