anyone know where the wire is for the dome lights?? I am wiring an idiglo H that installed just above the rear cup holder in my sedan and i only want it to light up when a door is opened. there are a bunch of wires in the center console next to the e-brake, and was wondering if anyone knew what each wire is. thanks. pics up soon.

dude, what the hell is your sig about?? as for your question, i would think you would need to wire it to something like your dome lights or something, not your center dash, just a thought tho[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

i want to wire it to the dome lights, but was wondering if the wires running underneath the e-brake had powered any of those lights. im confusing people with the center console.

i mean the one with my shift **** and e-brake. i took it off in order to run power to my blue shift ****, but can't use the same wire bc then the H would be on all the time and look stupid.

thats a pretty neat idea but why not just make a swtch for it? so it can be on while the doors are closed too

sweet! thanks man. i have it relayed right now to go on with my headlights, but its kinda bright. it looks really tight. ill have to get pics up soon. i was thinking about a switch, but i like the idea of it just going on when doors are open to help all my passengers out. of course a switch would help them pack a pipe too....[IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG] now im not sure how to wire it...
