Confused about what in I need.....

I've been reading through all the past topics on sway bars and such and I have a few questions before I go off and order all the parts.

I have a 2002 Civic EX Sedan with goldline springs, upper front strut bar, and a camber kit installed.

From the posts I've read, some people seem to say that if you're lowered, get a 22mm bar while others say get a 19mm bar. Which is correct? (BTW, planning to buy either the RSX-S sway bar or the RSX-R sway bar) where can I find both bars for a good price?

Do I need any upper/lower rear tie/strut bars with this upgrade?

Also, some people have said that the 19mm is ok with the stock front sway bar. but if I got the 22mm bar because I'm lowered,(assuming that lowered=22mm bar is true) would the stock front bar need to be upgraded too?

thanks for all your help.

Edit:
Another thing, for the 2002 I'm under the impression that you just purchase the sway bar itself and swap it out right? Or do I need new bushings to accomodate the change from stock to 19mm?

I would say 19mm if your lowered 2"or more, 22mm if you have stock or 1 1/2" drop. Thats my opinion.

Ok I am really not sure how many questions you are asking but I can give you some advice. The 19mm sway bar is enough unless you plan on putting your car through some hard turns. If you upgrade to the 22mm bar you WILL NEED a tie bar to strengthen the control arms. Personally I would get the Progress front and rear sway bars and that will do it for you. The front sway bar isn't 19mm but around 25mm. The progress bars will take you from 13mm to 22mm with an integrated tie bar for the rear and 25mm to 27mm in the front. Since you own an EX you will just have to swap them out. To further strengthen the front you can get the neuspeed X brace or the tanabe u brace which will help with wheel hop and chassis stiffening. Also get some good shocks.
