Dude led me on for two weeks telling me he was "sending the money tomorrow" a couple times and then never came through.
The only reason I even found out he wasn't sending me money was because I tried talking to him one night and it was a friend of his. His friend told me he wasn't getting it. And this was 6 days after the last time I'd talked to him about it, and he told me he was sending it "tomorrow."
