DIY: 02 SI Hatchback Steering wheel bolted on to a 02 LX coupe!!
I was looking at the the mini-minivan civic admiring the seats and all when I realized that the steering wheel is smaller than our honkin' 2dr/4dr civic steering wheels. The assembly looks the same and I dont see any reason why it wouldn't bolt-on to out existing columns thus, having a smaller diameter wheel with a better feel. ( i believe it's leather grip ). So I'm gonna call around and see if any auto wreckers have this car in their yard. ( Very rare!) If not, I'll see about ordering it through honda......what do you guys think?

You need matching VIN numbers on the wheel and the car to get the airbag hooked up. So you may get the wheel, but prolly won't get the airbag unless you pay Honda lots of money to do it... if they actually can do it.
