Seeing that none of those have any bearing on the function of the transmission, I doubt it. It they really thought abstractly, I guess the springs could alter the angle of the drive axles and potentially mess something up, but they would have to prove it with some kind of hard evidence.
I suppose you have to tell us what's wrong with the tranny to get a real good answer.

Vesper.. are you serious? yes. All mods void the warranty. As soon
as you put gas different from the Honda dealership into your car, it
automatically voids the transmition.

well exhaust and intake make you want to drive harder, which does put the transmission at greater risk

but i think not...

It does not void it to my knowledge, my trans went out at 30K and they did'nt say anything about my intake or the DIY's i had under the hood

i asked my honda dealer if an intake would void my warrenty and he said no...nothing that small in hp gains would void it. i would assume the same goes with the exhaust, except your warranty for your muffler and the rest of the exhaust.

i asked my dealer about mods, not necessarilly about voiding warrantees (cause its a leased car) and he said you can mod it (bolt ons) but if you bring the car back with the mods i wont get a refund for the mods that are on the car.

sooooooo...this leads me to believe that they dont really care, as long as its just bolt-ons, and nothing like a turbo or anything substantial.

If they can't prove that the part is the cause of the damage then they have to fix it. It's the law.
