Mount locations for non-in-dash LCD's

Where is a decent place to mount an LCD in our cars? I know that a popular place is where the cig. lighter is, that little panel behind the shifter, but it seems like alot of custom work to get the screen to face upwards, instead of how it is now, at a downwards angle. I was also thinking of the dash in front of the passenger seat. Is there someplace I haven't thought of that would be easy to do? I don't have alot of money to be doing alot of custom work. What problems did you run into where you put yours? Who has some good pics of what you modified to get it to work in your ride? Thanks guys
-Rob

it wouldnt be hard at all to move the screen upwards from the cupholder area. there are mounting brackets that have bendable arms. unless you were talking about flush mounting it. you could always try the glove compartment too.

I put mine here....

I know it makes the car very succeptable to theft, but I usually don't go to any bad areas, or leave me car for too long with it on there. I can't think of any other space besides where the HU is where u can see everything perfectly, and so can the passengers in the back. Next to the cigarette lighter I can sooo see people getting neck cramps from lookin down there.
