just got my pedal covers, no instructions :(

i know this has got to be a nice simple install. heres what it came with:

i imagine that each of those hot dog shaped things gets a screw and gets folded over the pedal with the small thorn on the inner side so that it grips the back of the pedal when folded over...but- i dont understand how the screws are gonna be able to go all the way in- because theyre pretty long, and im sure itll hit the metal and not be able to go any further.

does this look right?

thanks

I had those sam pedals in carbonfiber, there a horrible design, mine fell off in a few months. I think that RACTIVE has the best pedals, cheap and don't fall off, they have 2 arms that swing behind and screw down tight. Good luck putting those on, if they do come off, at least you didnt spend much, but I hate having to buy something to replace something I paid for. When my friend talk about buying pedals, I tell them to look for the swing arm design. Good luck man, the pedals look dope.

thanks, yeah i was worried that id run into this problem. i still think those screws are too long, and they will strike metal before i can tighten them all the way... but im not even sure if theres any metal in the pedal anyway! does anyone know if its all rubber?
