how hard do you think it would be to get an automatic lx to a stick k20..... i got the money for the motor....just not sure if ill have enough to get the rest done.... think it will be massive more loot....

I would guess that if you bought a manual tranny with the K20 that it wouldn't be THAT much more. Unless you were planning on just swapping the engine alone. I remember reading something about having to modify the civic tranny because of the lack of a 6speed. If you used the rsx tranny I would think you would need to add a pedal and linkage. I would assume you would need to get a new center console thing (but maybe you could use the auto one with everything removed. So it wouldnt be cheap..but if your planning on spending the cash anyway then why not. As usual I admit to not being an authority on this subject.

You can keep your LX's auto if you want 1 forward gear and 4 reverse gears.
