Rattle Trap by Fatmat (FYI)
Fatmat is coming out with a new product dubbed "Rattle Trap". It is 80mils thick and will be 3 times more effective than Fatmat Extreme. It's supposed to be out in two weeks. I was going to order Fatmat Extreme today, but I think I'll wait and see what the price of this stuff is, sounds like it has promise! Posted this just incase anyone is interested.

regular fatmat is 45 mills. they already tell you if you do 2 layers it will be 3x as good as one layer of fatmat extreme. just a dumb marketing gimmick so you pay more, buy the xtreme and double layer it. don't buy the pre double layered stuff.

Well - it looks like Rattle Trap is now out, Rattle Trap page. That page has a detailed explanation of the new product. It's double the price of Fatmat Extreme (36sq ft Fatmat 49.99, Rattle Trap 36sq ft 99.99) It looks like it'd be a pain to work with, since it's pretty thick. Just thought I'd follow up!
