malfunction indicator lamp still not turning off!!
i already tried disconnectiong the battery and also tried to resett the ECU and it still donest turn off! im soo pissed i hate looking at that little yellow engine on the gauge. maybe its cus i used the connector hose to connect the pipe of the intake to the throttle body instead of the reducer hose. i did this cus i couldnt get the 2 pipes to fit together using the connector hose?? can anyone help me out here please????

Hey man. Yeah I did what you did when mine lit up, to no avail. I took mine into the dealer, and they had to replace something called an "EVAP Sensor". That's what's on the receipt anyway. Done under warranty so easy, but I told them what I was doing, and they told me that the sensor was F.U.B.A.R. so everytime I started the engine, even after resetting the ECU, that damn light would come on. Time to head to the dealer man. I think my repair took about 20 min. Worth the time to get rid of that light.

Anybody know where this evap sensor is located and what part number I need to replace it?
My engine light went on and the code is for the evap sensor.
