manual tranny problem 03...

I drive my car like normal to about 3000 rpm and then i shift, and then when i try to race or when i wanna go above 3000, it starts to get real loud and it almost stalls a little, telllin u that its time to change into the next gear rather then going all the way up. It does go all the way up, but it does get real loud and is a little tougher to get over 3000, because u have to slam down on the gas, rather then smoothly going up past 3000 like i guess it should. So i dunno whether its a problem, how i can fix it, or if thast the way it is. I just got it a month ago, so its pretty brand new and i got the warranty and all. sooo............

maybe you should have broken the car in before racing it right away. but then agian thats what the thing called a warranty is for.
