It shouldn't "sound" like anything. If your car is idling up and down then there's a problem somewhere. You probably have an air leak. Check that all mating surfaces are sealed properly.

I had one a toyota 4x4 with a 4cyl. they just increase response, stabilize idle, and smooth out acceleration. Grey posted before that if you have an AEM CAI, you wont be able to use one due to clearence issues with the hood.
they work great and you can raise your redline by adding a 1" spacer, every 1" is 1000 rpms. The crappy thing about this is our cars are redline controled so you would need like a hondata unit to take full advantage of the throttle body spacer! If copmuter is programed right your can pull about 12-15 hp and 8-10 flbt, Most of the hp increase comes from the fact that you can now redline at 8 instead of 7! My point is that it takes all the right stuff to get the response they advertise but it is possible!

I'll fix the idleing tomolo, as for mods i had b4..
headers, cat back with hks hiper aem pulleys injen race division
and mine is lx auto....and after i put the spacer my ideling was higher
but the throttle responese is better...like better torque...
should i check the throttle bodie? because when the car starts
it's like gas hitting up and down...i can hear it from my exhaust noise going up and down..
it wasn't like this before, it's right after i install the spacer....
did it happen to any of u guys?

You talkin' to me or BIGLIMPDOG, 'cause it's me you're quoting.
Anyway, take the throttle body spacer out 1028CiViC and see if the idle is still messed up. If it is then it's not the throttle body spacer that's causing it. It's something else that got messed up while putting in that throttle body spacer. Do that and let us know, otherwise it's kinda pointless for us to tell you how to fix it if it's the mod itself that's causing the problem.

I believe what you would need to do is, that DIY throttle cable adjustment, it should be in the DIY. When you moved the throttle body up 1in i think the acceleration cable is pulling and you need to loosen it so the idle is back to normal which should be below 1K or so. Let me know if this helped, because i still wanna put my spacer in there.
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!
