Don' drive like an idiot with kids in the car

I was driving down the interstate... I just passed a group of traffic, cruisn at about 80. Then out of nowhere comes this 98 or so Escort, its tailgating me and I really hate that. So I downshift into 4th and take it up to 115 and leave the Escort in my dust. Then I come up on another group of traffic so I slow down to about 80 to pass. The Escort starts gaining fast - it must've been going at least 100 to catch up that fast - and then its tailgating again. I don't know WTF they want, so when I find a spot, I move over. So it passes me and starts weaving thourgh traffic, that's when I notice a couple of little kids bouncing around in the back, obvisouly without seatbelts..... Stuff like that really pisses me off... it is just plain WRONG to drive like that... and with KIDS... as least make them wear seat belts, holy schit.... I hope the kids are okay, nevermind the idiot behind the wheel.

Seriously dude. Thats just ridiculous.

Its one thing to drive like a moron, but to do with it kids in the car? Thats just wrong. I hope a cop busted that assclown and made them pay a huge fine.

Its funny you mention this because I saw the same thing the other day on the freeway and I feel the same way about it.

A lady in a Chevy Astro van passed me doing well over 100mph on the I-15 freeway heading into Escondido (San Diego County). I was going at least 80mph and she passed me like I was sitting still. When I saw that she had she had at least 4 young kids in the back I nearly flipped. Why in the hell would someone drive so wrecklessly with kids in the car?!

I see this stuff happen every now and then. It's one of my big pet peeves. Those people need their heads examined. When I drive with my niece (or any kid) in my car I always take it easy.

EDIT: Actually, when I drive with anyone in my car I take it easy.

Actually, that happened to me once. I was riding back from a retreat with my friend's family. They got a nissan quest (older model) I think. Anyways, the guy was driving 100~110 mph on average. This is from birmingham all the way back to Knoxville. Scared the **** out of me. When he was on the onramp to get on the interstate, he took it going what seemed like 70ish and you could hear the rear tires squealing through the whole turn.
