some good worcester area auto perf. shops??
What are some good shops in the worcester area that sell performance parts. The only 2 I know of are one off of park, wayyy down from my school that I think does mostly stereo stuff. And another off main street in one of the shadier areas, or at least thats what my worcester-born friend tells me.

As far as I know, all "performance" shops in the US have higher prices than online. Even with so called "hook ups". I don't bother with them, I buy everything online. The only things I don't get online are oil, oil filters, and cleaning products. Sorry, that was kinda OT. I just wanted you to know my point of view on that subject. If you ever do find a shop that sells things for less than they go for online, then let everyone know. I'de go to check it out.

I got an answer for you ..... none. The performence stores in Worcester or surrounding areas suck. I also completley agree with Grey, everytime I want a part and ask the local shops i get prices $100 more than online, its ridiculous. If you still want a performance shop there are 3 in one area .... PSI - webster sq.(main south), Speedzone(right across the street), and Xtreme Auto image a block away( dont bother with this place, its more like a closet). If you want a nice store go to providence on federal hill... Hi-tech, place is nice and the cars there are even nicer.
BUT, like I said before.. stick to online stores
