Damn, I lost my manual!
Does anybody know what this means? Each time I put the key in the ignition, and "MNTCE REQU."or something like that flashes a couple of times! What do i do? I just got an oil change, so I know its not that.

Well according to our manual, and i quote
"This indicator reminds you that it is time to take your car in for scheduled maintenace. For the first 8000 miles after the maintenance required indicator is reset, it will come on for two seconds when you turn the ignition switch to on. A dealership can reset it or do this: 1. turn off the engine, 2. Press and hold the select/reset button in the instrument panel, then turn the ignition switch ON 3. Hold the button until the indicator resets (approximately ten seconds).
The select/reset button is also used for your trip meter, its the one on the right side of the guage console
BEST of luck

It stand for "maintenance required"
You can either take it in for maintenance or reset per the above instructions. You can also go to www.honda.com and then click on the Owners Link section. From there you can view or get the manual in PDF format after putting in your VIN.

Well you should have some maintenance done, even thought the manual has you do maintenance every 5000-10000 miles
i guess it depends how many miles you have on your car
if you have around 10000 you should do change oil and filter, rotate tires, inspect brakes, lub locks, hinges and latches.
you can do this yourself and reset or have it done by dealership, or by auto shop
i hope this helps
